Aloha villa was built in 1905 by architect Henri Stoecklin who signed a large number of buildings in Cannes and Cannet (Tivoly Quarter). This villa, hers was probably the most accomplished of all his work. Its facade Art Nouveau is classified architectural heritage of the city of Cannes. Since 2007 the owner has initiated rehabilitation work, finding in each room, the authenticity and ambience of the bourgeois mansions of the 'Belle Epoque'. Decor and furnishings create an authentic atmosphere of luxury and comfort, even in the smallest details.
